If your ac stops working, please call B & A HVAC and here’s why: I called 2 other local contractors and they said we needed a ‘Trane’ branded new unit for 10k because our existent unit is damaged or too old. B & A HVAC came and said a wire just broke off and all we needed was a new wire. While the technician was rewiring, the unit came on and cooled down the house immediately. thank you H & A HVAC for bringing your integrity and quality into our community.

Called theses guys due to AC went out the day before. Spoke with technician and he found a way to get us in on an already full schedule, just to avoid me having to figure out how to get off from work the next day to meet for repair. That alone was great but, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! I never had a specific HVAC company I went with but I honestly plan to stick with these guys whenever I need any HVAC work. Our technician was Zack and he is a great asset to there company!!

They responded within a 24 hour time frame from initial claim. They kept the date given for service to come and the time of arrival was superb. Technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what to do about the problem. After service given he came in to give a summary of what the problem was, what he did to fix it and what to expect from procedure given and to call or contact them if more problem arise. He emailed me details of the work done today with summary and pictures. I am very pleased of how the problem was handled from beginning to end. Thank you for a job well done.
